All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products (eBooks, Test Banks) and their immediate delivery via download, we have a strict no refund policy. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing to ensure you are buying the correct product.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Incorrect File: If the downloaded file is not the product you ordered.
- Corrupted File: If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide you with a working copy after you have contacted us for support.
How to Request a Refund (for Exceptions)
To be eligible for a refund under one of the exceptions above, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate the case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
